- What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
- Your plan begins on day 15 at the rate you selected. We email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you are not billed at all. Nothing is charged during the trial itself.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active through the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans run for the term you selected and do not renew automatically unless you choose to.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No setup fee and no long-term contract on monthly billing. Annual billing is a one-year term at a lower rate.
- Do all plans include every solution?
- Yes. Every tier includes every solution — Payment Processing, Shipping & Logistics, Bookkeeping, Website Design & Creation, Marketing and Access to Capital — plus the full CRM. Plans differ by how much room you get: Starter is one seat, Unlimited is up to ten seats, and SaaS Pro adds unlimited seats, multiple client workspaces and rebilling. You can move up a plan at any time and the extra capacity applies immediately.
- Are you a lender, processor, or carrier yourselves?
- No. All-in-1 Commerce is the software layer. Behind several modules sit partner providers who deliver the underlying service, and approvals, pricing, contracts, underwriting, fulfillment, and settlement are determined by that provider. Your subscription pays for the platform and the coordination, not for their decisions.
- Do I have to move my existing providers over?
- No. You can switch on the modules you want and leave the rest alone. Nothing is bundled and nothing is conditional on moving an existing relationship.
- What is the AI-powered account manager?
- Every plan includes it. It reads the statements and invoices you upload, flags anomalies, duplicate charges, and rate changes, and answers questions about your own account inside the dashboard. A human specialist steps in on anything that needs judgment.
- What do I need to get started?
- An email address is enough to start the trial. To get value out of the cost modules, upload a recent processing statement or a few weeks of carrier invoices. Never send banking credentials or full card numbers by email or through this site.
