When you request a review or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, company name, optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the notes field.
If you're a portal client, we also hold the account records your account manager maintains for you: shipments, statements, funding applications, website projects, documents, and messages.
We do not ask for and do not want banking credentials, full card numbers, or sensitive financial documents through this website.
How we use it
To review your current costs, prepare findings and proposals, coordinate with authorized service providers on your behalf, and manage your account.
To respond to you by email or phone about your request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not send unrelated marketing to people who only asked for a review.
Who we share it with
Only with the authorized service provider relevant to your request, and only to the extent needed to produce a review, quote, application, or account setup.
We also use standard service vendors for hosting, database, and transactional email to operate this site and portal.
Security and retention
Portal data sits behind authenticated access with row-level permissions, so each client account can only read its own records.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to service the relationship or as required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing team@allin1commerce.com. We'll confirm once it's done.
