Prices are in USD and billed monthly unless you choose annual billing. Every solution is available on every plan. Several solutions are delivered with partner providers whose own pricing, approvals and terms apply to the underlying service.
Only need one service?
You don’t have to subscribe. An account manager can handle a single service for you — Payment Processing on its own, for example. You’ll get a dashboard view of that one service only, and none of the rest of the platform.
Billing questions
What to expect on a subscription.
- What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
- Your plan begins on day 15 at the rate you selected. We email you before the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you are not billed at all. Nothing is charged during the trial itself.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active through the end of the period you have paid for. Annual plans run for the term you selected and do not renew automatically unless you choose to.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No setup fee and no long-term contract on monthly billing. Annual billing is a one-year term at a lower rate.
- Do all plans include every solution?
- Yes. Every tier includes every solution — Payment Processing, Shipping & Logistics, Bookkeeping, Website Design & Creation, Marketing and Access to Capital — plus the full CRM. Plans differ by how much room you get: Starter is one seat, Unlimited is up to ten seats, and SaaS Pro adds unlimited seats, multiple client workspaces and rebilling. You can move up a plan at any time and the extra capacity applies immediately.
